Transfer gossip: Radamel Falcao, Abou Diaby, Dani Alves

Radamel Falcao will have to wait until the end of the season until he knows whether he has a long-term future at Manchester United. The 29-year-old striker has struggled since joining the club on loan at the start of the campaign.

Abou Diaby looks set to leave Arsenal at the end of the season. The injury-hit midfielder has been forced to sit on the sidelines for much of his time at the Emirates and it is thought Arsene Wenger is ready to release the 28-year-old at the end of the season.

Dani Alves has moved a step closer to a move to Manchester United. It appears certain that the 31-year-old will leave Barcelona when his contract runs down at the end of the season and Old Trafford is believed to be his preferred destination.
